Since opening in 2017, The Parlour has provided Rolla, MO and our surrounding community with a clean, safe and friendly space for tattoo and permanent makeup artistry. Our shop follows all State of Missouri safety protocols and all of our artists are licensed professionals. We participate in many local events and donate to local causes and fundraisers.

The Parlour is centrally located adjacent to historic downtown Rolla on the corner of 5th and Elm street.
